Yes, all prices on the website include 21% VAT

· Can you add or remove products once you have finished your purchase?


No. The process is activated and managed when you finalize your purchase. If later you want to return or change something, we do not give you any inconvenience.

· How can you pay for your purchases online?


You can pay by card or with PayPal:

- Card: We accept Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Payment is made through the 100% secure payment gateway Servired.
- Paypal: You can choose this option as a payment method, you will only have to enter the details of your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, you have the possibility to create it before finalizing the order.

· At what time is the amount withdrawn from your bank account?


Once the bank authorizes the payment, you receive an email with the confirmation of the order and the money is withdrawn from your account.

· Why can your bank card be rejected?


Your card can be rejected for several reasons:

It may be expired. Please, check that your card does not exceed its validity date.
The limit of the card may have been reached. (Check with your bank)
You may have entered some information wrong.

· How much do shipping costs cost you?


The transport of the articles online is done through CORREOS EXPRESS (Spain) and UPS (international shipments).

From 25 euros the shipping is free, if you do not have a cost of 4 euros.

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

· How can you return your order?
You have 2 modes of return: in store or in our central.

To make a return it is essential that you present the order number and the return code. This information can be found in the purchase confirmation email that we send you at the time of purchase.

The easiest thing is that you return the items in any of the stores in Spain.

If you prefer to send your order to our center, the shipping costs will be on your own.

· How much is the term of the refund of the return?
The term for the refund can vary between 3 and 12 working days since we received your return in our stores. As soon as we proceed to the return, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase.

Remember that we will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction. You will not incur any expense as a result of the refund.

5. CANCELLATIONS

· Can you cancel your order?
